Production Supervisor/Production Manager

The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced POC who is ready for an introductory Production Supervisor / Production Manager with contract administration experience to be a part of a groundbreaking and cutting-edge CG / Animation project with industry leaders from around the globe.  This role will include a variety of production tasks but will be primarily focused on communicating, tracking and organizing vital legal and production documentation between various vendors and partners    

Our ideal candidate will be an assertive and meticulous self-starter who is able to think proactively about production issues and quickly adjust and adapt when necessary.  This demanding role will require someone who has an innate capacity for organization and can remain calm and focused on details while dealing with a high volume of fast-paced communication.  Knowledge and awareness of a project's full lifecycle and the ability to connect the dots before challenges arise is a must.  All members of our team must be able to prioritize and manage multiple and diverse responsibilities while demonstrating consistently good judgment and communication.

Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Liaise with production teams and partner with the network legal teams to disseminate, track and manage legal and production documentation while keeping stakeholders apprised of status
• Decipher agreements to determine which terms are needed and necessary
• Research and comply with requirements needed to work with entertainment unions and to comply with relevant labor laws
• Set up and manage calls and meetings as needed

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5+ Years in Production 
• Experience within a high volume production company working on commercials or scripted TV programs
• High level of discretion and ability to work with confidential information
• Knowlege of the process involved with starting up, structuring and designing an overall blueprint for a production
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Understanding of how to prioritize many tasks and responsibilities 
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and pivot among projects in various phases of production
• Experience working with teams who do not speak English fluently 
• Knowledge of entertainment unions and labor laws preferred

Compensation:
Employment would be based on a weekly rate with excellent medical and vacation benefits.  The job is expected to continue for approximately one year with a possibility of extension.
