Office Manager

Description

General Overview:

An Office Manager role is one of organization, attention to detail and proactive management of administration and logistics that keep the office and infrastructure running day to day. This role works independently while interacting daily with various internal departments as well as with external suppliers.

This role is a detail oriented role. The Goal of this role is to assist the ins and outs of our office to ensure our internal and external teams have everything that they need to be successful in their jobs, to ensure guests to our office receive and a positive first impression, and to assist the Thr3d Management team as required.

Responsibilities:

·       Manage the lobby as the welcoming face of Th3rd

·       Answer phones

·       Maintenance of the general office environment (clean, neat, organized)

·       Shipping & Mail

·       Internal Information Tracking & Maintenance (Phone lists, etc)

·       Prep for meetings & manage clean up

·       Managing catering for meetings and guests

·       Support on-boarding of new employee's with training re process & protocol

·       Anticipate any potential office challenges and manage effectively to correct them

·       Editing and development of Microsoft Office documents (excel, power point etc)

·       Office & Kitchen supplies: auditing, ordering, stocking of, ensuring a minimum inventory at all times

·       Storage: management and maintenance of in-suite, on sight and offsite storage.

·       Administration of phone system:

·       Minor maintenance to office space: seating, furniture, connection, employee tools, lightbulbs, etc.

·       Manage equipment service & repairs

·       Support Team via administrative duties including taking on special projects as requested

REQUIREMENTS

Education/Experience Requirements:

·       3+ years of experience in a similar role

·       Business degree or college diploma, with the desire to learn about3D/CGI environments

·       Must be technologically efficient

·       Proven Ability to Multi Task

·       Proficient MS Office Suite skills

·       Must be technology proficient and have a very good understanding of Microsoft Office software suite

·       Experience working in a supportive administrative capacity

·       Valid driver’s license
