3D Systems / Gentle Giant Studios, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales
Manager for our Creative Services department that specializes in entertainment
based prototyping, product development, 3D printing, fine art fabrication, and
consumer product manufacturing services. This position involves working
directly with clients and internal teams ensuring sales goals are met and
client expectations are exceeded. The Creative Services Sales Manager will
oversee the strategic aspects of client needs, providing direction and input to
creative and project management teams. Responsible for maximizing revenue of
current accounts and continually developing new accounts. This is a high growth
position with the industry leader.
Description
The Creative Services Sales Manager will sell the prototyping, product
development, fine art fabrication, 3D printing, and manufacturing services of
Gentle Giant Studios with multiple high-profile consumer and entertainment
accounts. In collaboration with art directors, 3D modelers, painters, and
strategy teams the Creative Services Sales Manager ensures the quality of the
pitches and work completed, helps to manage client’s needs from beginning to
end.
Primary Job Functions
Provide consistent support to Creative Directors to
maintain account goals.
Oversee development of client proposals for new
business.
Actively network in the Entertainment, Consumer,
and Gaming industries.
Provide constant, clear direction in order to
effectively manage plans/projects.
Clearly communicate client goals and expectations
to internal team by developing project briefs that are consistent with business
goals.
Ensure consistent execution of programs/projects
across new and established accounts.
Contribute to the innovative development of the
Creative Services department.
Present materials to clients with confidence,
clarity, and enthusiasm.
Maintain awareness of entertainment industry,
specifically in Theatrical, Television, Streaming or Gaming industry trends,
direction of technology, clients and consumer behavior.
QualificationsEducation and Training
Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of direct creative
disciplines sales experience.
Experience
Credible knowledge of creative disciplines that
contribute to consumer product development and manufacturing solutions.
Entertainment industry experience a plus.
