South Park has an unique and exciting opportunity to join our Visual Development Department. We are seeking Storyboard Artists with a strong storytelling ability to work across a number of projects in development.

We are looking for passionate, capable, and imaginative Storyboard Artists to produce strong cinematic sequences with excellent storytelling and proven drawing skills. A minimum of three (3) years experience preferred in feature films, TV, or video games. Only candidates living in the Los Angeles area will be considered. Summary and duties:

• Works with the lead and other artists to produce storyboards from scripts or other sources to be use in animatics or in still

form.

• To produce storyboards for projects that are being develop simultaneously.

• To provide assistance with visual development when necessary.

Main skills:

• To produce storyboards with excellent storytelling and drawing capabilities.

Secondary skills:

• Visual development skills a plus (character design and background design).

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in features films, TV, or video games.

• Experience with Storyboard Pro and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Must be able to work alone and collaboratively, often with multiple tasks and under deadline pressure.

• Must be open to direction and able to embrace change.

• A good knowledge of film history and understanding of the film language.
