Animator (2D)
Fourth Wall are looking for a 2D
Animator with strong character animation skills to work on a variety of TV show
development projects.
If you’re a creative
storyteller with a passion for film and animation who has a proven track record
in turning out great looking work, we want to hear from you. We’re also keen
to recruit raw talent, so if you lack some of the experience but think you’ve got what it
takes then please get in touch.
Candidates will work onsite in
our Wirral-based studio which is equidistant to the cities of Chester and
Liverpool. Immediate vacancies are for shorter freelance contracts, with the
strong possibility of on-going and/or full-time work in the future.
Requirements
Skills & Experience
•
Execute a wide range of tasks including creating
character and environment assets, producing animatics, and animation with a
strong focus on character animation
•
Be proficient in 2D animation software (Toon Boom
Harmony, CelAction, Flash,
etc.)
•
Be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
•
Be able to work in and replicate a variety of
different styles
•
Working with voiceover recordings and executing sound
design
•
Be able to take creative direction and translate it
into your work
•
Have a strong aesthetic sensibility, demonstrate a
good use of light and colour
•
Familiarity with a typical development or
pre-production environment
•
Creative and design oriented, excellent communicator,
good with teamwork.
•
Maintain quality, efficiency and consistency across
your work
•
Self-motivated problem solver
