Senior Producer, Marketing - LA

Looking for a Senior Marketing Producer to come join us in our Los Angeles studio!


Position

Responsibilities:

• Support the VP, Marketing on the coordination and execution of all global marketing initiatives.
• Develop and oversee initiatives with internal and external resources to prepare and finalize promotional materials and assets.
• Provide copywriting support and proofreading skills on various marketing materials and initiatives, across a broad range of mediums, including print, video, web, and interactive digital content.
• Work daily with Producers, Project leads, and team members to track and update tasks.
• Must excel at communication among the production team, leads, and collaborators.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and maintain the marketing calendar.
• Serve as a point-of-contact for the web and art teams in regards to all updates, including promotional items, videos, images, press releases, etc.
• Liaise with global development teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives and requirements are broadly communicated and appropriately scheduled. Follow up and track progress, and communicate any risks and issues.
• Provide accurate and timely project management information to all stakeholders to inform decision making.
• Identify and anticipate risks. Present solutions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in production coordination
• Good knowledge of project management methodologies (scrum, waterfall, etc.).
• Experience with standard project management development tools (Shotgun, MS Project, JIRA. MS Office, Confluence, etc.)
• Skilled in risk assessment, management and scheduling
• Unsurpassed verbal and written communication
• Must have excellent task-tracking organization
• Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative; willing to assume responsibility.
• Excellent problem solver and relationship building skills (locally & internationally)
• Must be willing to work in Los Angeles, CA and to work with different time zones
• International travel may be required as part of the role

Pluses:

• Previous experience in video game production
• A college degree
• Previous artistic multi-disciplinary team management
• Experience with maintaining a live product
• Experience working with outsource groups
• Passion for sci-fi games and space simulations
