Marketing Specialist

JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for developing industry leading marketing strategies to increase traffic and maintain the FuseFX brand across multiple platforms. They will, also, play a major role in company culture and all events.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Identify a target market and develop a consistent brand image and voice
  • Roll out regular marketing campaigns based on company initiatives/focus
  • Manage all social media outlets for FuseFX and FuseFX VR, including posting regularly, building a following, raising brand awareness, and responding to comments
  • Design content for web and print and promotional strategies
  • Regular posting to social media and reporting on social media analytics
  • Partner with remote offices to gather content and lead initiatives focused on them
  • Stay up to date on all FuseFX show’s premieres, finales, season renewals, company events, staff changes, etc.
  • Work with PR person to assist in press-releases, announcements, etc.
  • Design, gather content, and send out internal and external company newsletters
  • Keep up to date bios on all key staff
  • Work with editorial to keep company reels up to date
  • Organize & create information and meetings on new services/FuseFX department additions
  • Website design, development, and consistent maintenance
  • Assist HR in marketing needs (Swag, emails, event design, etc.)
  • Award Submissions

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years in a social media/ marketing position
  • Strengths include photography, design, writing original content, video creation
  • Clear communicator and self-manager
  • Website design/ programming experience is a plus
  • Degree is Marketing or similar field
