System Administrator (Temp)
Description
WB Games is a leading
developer and publisher of video games. Our Chicago location, Netherrealm
Studios is looking for a new Systems Administrator, preferably with 3-5 years
of proven SCCM Mgmt experience. If you are highly skilled in SCCM, Software
Deployment, Security & System Patching/Updating, and have a proven track
record of contributing in a team environment and managing technical tasks, you
could be the newest addition to the Netherrealm Studios IT Team. Additionally,
this position is responsible for team, project, and task tracking and reporting
at multiple levels. Other responsibilities may be required, depending on the
demand of the team and studio. This is a full time, 9 month temporary position.

Job Qualifications:
- 3-5 years SCCM, Software
Mgmt/Deployment experience required (must provide references)
- Minimum of 2 years in a
College/University Computer Science or MIS program

Additional certifications and training applicable to IT
Service Desk, Security, SCCM, Network/Systems Support function desired
- Strong writing, communication, interpersonal, and
organizational skills.
- An understanding of team dynamics and excellent
inter-team communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Experience
dealing directly with customers/end users
- Extensive
workstation build, rollout, imaging experience required
- Experience
working with, and escalating to, Senior Level technical support teams
- Experience
supporting Microsoft Solutions (Windows, Office, AD, SCCM)
- Experience
supporting corporate financial applications/systems
- Experience
remediating vulnerabilities, patching systems, monitoring/reporting as part of
IT Security Program and/or Project Mgmt
- Familiarity
with programming or development is a plus
- Team
player, positive attitude, and ability to remain cool under pressure
- Willing
to assist in areas outside of department to help the studio
- Must
be a problem solver
