Senior CG Artist – Modeling - Quebec City

Description

his position is for our Quebec City studio.

Under the supervision of visual effects supervisor, the Senior Artist will create 3D architectural, human, geographical ou animal 3D models.

 
Responsibilities:

• Artist must be able to create texture create 3D architectural, human, geographical ou animal 3D models.
• Be able to work with the visual effects supervisor and Lead CG to determine the best possible technical and creative approaches.
• Be able to deliver work within established project targets and the high quality standards of the company. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a VFX studio
• Excellent command of Maya software
• Excellent knowledge of the process required to build wireframes
• Knowledge of Renderman and/or Arnold, an asset
• Knowledge of Zbrush, an asset
• Self-driven, good communicator, and a great team player
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Work ethic focused on the dynamism and collaboration 
• Ability to perform multiple tasks set priorities and problem solving
