NVIDIA is making it happen, enabling the industry to safely drive billions of miles in virtual reality with the powerful new NVIDIA DRIVE™ Constellation AV simulator.

DRIVE Constellation uses photorealistic simulation to create a safer, more scalable, and more cost-effective way to bring self-driving cars to our roads. It uses the computing horsepower of two different servers to deliver a revolutionary cloud-based computing platform, capable of generating billions of miles of autonomous vehicle testing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • As a member of our Autonomous Vehicle team, you will work on simulator for end to end testing of software & hardware for autonomous driving.
  • Develop scenario or use case based mechanisms for implementing and running large number of test scenarios
  • Work with customers and partners for simulator
  • You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers encompassing the entire NVIDIA Automotive platform. As such, you should have a track record of working well across organizations
  • Strong communication skills are required

What We Need To See:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering or have a technical degree with 5+ years of industry experience.
  • You demonstrate excellent C/C++ programming, software design, and debugging skills in a Linux environment.
  • Experience with a scripting language (Python, Bash, etc.)
  • Some familiarity with embedded platforms and system software
  • Ability to write technical documentation

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:

  • Deep understanding with Unreal Engine, Unity Game Development Simulator
  • Familiarity with industrial and scientific simulators and their software architecture.
  • Prior knowledge with descriptive interface i.e. XML, YAML etc for simulation applications and opensource applications desirable
  • Worked on Web based UI development for large scale testing, reporting and analytics
  • Expertise with Database technologies
  • Experience with software traceability for testing highly reliable software systems
  • Passionate about helping to ensure the reliability of a safety critical system
  • Deep understanding of technology and passionate about what you do
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, specifically a proven ability to effectively guide and influence within a dynamic matrix environment
