Tech Support Analyst II

Description

SCAD seeks a Technical Support Analyst II to support the university’s mission of preparing talented students for professional careers.

In this role, you will serve as the initial client contact for technical issues via phone, email, walk-ins or the support center’s ticketing system. You’ll provide initial problem-solving instructions for all software applications and operating systems, both PC and Mac, across campuses. In addition, you’ll maintain outstanding customer service, document procedures and work performed, and enter service requests using Web Help Desk management system software. To ensure satisfactory service resolution, you’ll also follow up personally with clients. Experience as an HDI Certified Help Desk Analyst is a plus, but not required.

Requirements:
–Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field
–One to three years of technical support experience and/or training with PC and Mac
