Data Analyst

Description

SCAD seeks a data analyst to oversee data management in the office for career and alumni success and report on student, alumni and employer achievements.

In this role, you will produce reports with key insights for university stakeholders, manage department metrics, and track student, alumni and employer accolades, contacts, internships and employment. Additionally, you will coordinate reporting strategies with colleagues in your department and across the university in support of SCAD’s mission and business operations.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent research, analysis and proactive problem-solving skills, as well as an understanding of the need for quality, accurate data. You should demonstrate attention to detail, solid work ethic and the flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as necessary. Excellent organizational, communication and technical skills are essential as well as the ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two to three years of experience in related field
- Extensive data management experience, preferably with Banner and Salesforce
