Maintenance and Administration Technician

Description

SCAD Hong Kong seeks a maintenance and administration technician. In this role, you will assist in the sourcing and purchasing from local shops, coordinate delivery of offsite storage, and aid colleagues and off-site movers with large-scale event setups, alternating for the increasing number of setups and breakdowns.

Additionally, you will learn and assist with plumbing emergencies and may be added to the on-call roster for after-hours and weekend work. Other duties include packaging and postage duties, maintaining first aid and pantry supplies, electrical inspections, replenishing water cooler supplies, and minor event set-up.

Requirements:
- Two years minimum experience in general building maintenance
- Basic proficiency in English
- Basic use of email, Microsoft Office and smart phone preferred
- Experience in procurement preferred
