Description
Responsibilities
- Gather, enter, and/or update data to generate reports that keep management and team members informed of project status.
- Assists in the coordination, oversight, and completion of job-related duties as assigned.
- Note taking, project planning and distributes information to the departments.
- Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other departments, and external vendors on a range of specified issues; organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events, as required.
- Collaborate and assists Production Supervisor in all evolving support needs, i.e. daily scrums, calendar booking, updating schedules, creating and revising Jira dashboards.
- Work with Production Supervisor with ensuring departmental milestones and productivity goals are consistently met.
- Stays abreast of issues on the floor and elevates information appropriately to Production Supervisor.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Project Management/Coordination skills and experience a plus.
• Software package experience including Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) are required.

Desired Characteristics
• Experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence is preferred.
