Job Description:
As a Unity 3D Programmer, you will be responsible for implementing functionality, translating design ideas, concepts, and requirements into a functional and engaging product. You will be working with our team to build our applications in a working production environment. You will also be assisting in development of core technologies running in Unity.
Responsibilities:
Software development and support of Unity applications
Participate in planning and implementing projects
Testing the software and assuring its quality
Assist in performance tuning, balancing, improvement, automation and usability
Writing clean, well documented, testable code
Skills and Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience with C#
2+ years of experience with Unity
Experience building UIs in Unity and working with PSD, svg, and rasterized graphics slicking
Experience with procedural handling (runtime) of assets (mesh/textures/rigging/etc)
Willingness to learn and stay current with modern 3D technologies
Working experience with build systems, automation, and testing frameworks
Proficient knowledge of distributed version control systems
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with multiple programming languages
Experience working with console game systems (Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft)
Proficiency with 3D tools
Shader development experience
Engine-level development or low-level rendering development (directx, vulkan, metal, gl)
Mobile development experience (iOS and/or Android, objc/swift/java experience a large plus)
Published game title (in any engine)
Experience in VR/AR
Working knowledge of C/C++
