Digital Account Manager

NYC-based advertising agency is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Digital Account Manager. This role is heavy on day-to-day client interaction while also working closely with the internal creative team to meet client goals, expectations, and deadlines. Digital media experience is a must, as are solid relationship building skills. In this role, you’ll create and manage budgets and SOWs based on client-provided media buys, and create/oversee timelines for creative projects and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the interactive space ranging from display/rich media campaigns, to web and app development, to internet marketing technologies including ad serving, and rich media providers for entertainment-based accounts. The ideal candidate should be open to learning or should be familiar with Google Analytics, Wordpress management, emerging software, and cutting edge technology and platforms.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years account management experience within the digital advertising space, 5+ years overall account experience.
  • Experience with rich media platforms such as Doubleclick, Celtra, etc..
  • Excellent communication (both written & oral) and presentation skills.
  • Ability to maintain and/or develop client relationships.
  • Solid time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A solid eye for detail when proofing and QA-ing.
  • Must be familiar with Mac OS.
  • Experience in entertainment marketing a plus.
