Bachelor’s Degree in computers, engineering, science, math, information technology, or entertainment technology fields, or professional experience equivalent.
Broad familiarity with information technology, both hardware and software, as well as proficiency in computer and network management
Strong analytical skills and effective troubleshooting showing curiosity, tenacity and patience. Understanding of creative software/systems, including plug-ins and software releases/upgrades
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills including diplomacy, tact, and flexibility. Can communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences. Desires to help others to understand technology.
Displays interest in design and video, and is comfortable working in a creative-driven environment. Strives to acquire and refine skills that are in accord with Primal Screen’s business objectives.
Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects among many competing requests
