Associate Producer - Programming

ASSOCIATE PRODUCER - PROGRAMMING

We are looking for a uniquely qualified associate producer to join our production team. What makes you unique is that you already have a technical background yet you're interested in organization, process and people. You've completed a computer science degree or have an equivalent amount of industry experience and have realized that being a programmer for life isn't for you.

At Deck Nine, you'll be embedded with the programming and technical art teams to be their dedicated producer. As someone with the background to speak their language, you'll be uniquely qualified to help them to succeed in their challenging goals.

What You Would Do:

  • Work directly with the programming leads to assist in any number of ways, including:
  • Build, maintain and own the technical schedules
  • Run daily standups and interact constantly with your team
  • Liaise between design, motion capture, cinematics, animation and audio departments
  • Schedule, run, and notate meetings
  • Bring your unique perspective to technical and creative decisions throughout all stages of development
  • Report to and aid the Producer and VP

  • C++ experience a plus
  • Unreal 4 experience a plus

Position is full time, on-site and applicants must already be authorized to work in the U.S.
