EXECUTIVE PRODUCER- North Hollywood CA
CoSA is looking for an accomplished VFX professional ready to take on the challenge of representing a growing company with multiple locations and a hunger for new horizons.
The Executive Producer candidate should be dynamic and engaging, able to harness their skill-set and breadth of experience to foster relationships that will bring in new work that is compelling, challenging, and pivotal to the growth of our team. They will also work closely with CoSA’s production and business teams to define the company’s brand and foster positive relationships with clients, embodying CoSA’s dedication to professionalism and service excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop business relationships with key clients and secure leads with both existing and new contacts within the VFX/Entertainment arena
· Manage the bid proposal creation and submission process; working in collaboration with key CoSA stakeholders to provide a thoughtful, competitive and complete proposal to clients
- Organize and attend client meetings relating to upcoming projects
- Guide the pitch process on potential projects through to the award
- Partner with internal creative teams on pitch and preproduction materials
- Continue to act as a client liaison for projects in the bidding phase
· Act as an ambassador for CoSA; knowledgeable of its history, current projects, key staff and capabilities- creative and technical
· Maintain an understanding of the VFX landscape- competitors and upcoming opportunities to inform strategies for success
· In corroboration with CoSA’s resourcing team, ensure the accuracy of internal forecasts by providing consistent updates of potential project estimates
REQUIREMENTS:
· 8+ years’ experience in post-production with a deep understanding of client and vendor relationships
· Highly attentive to communicating effectively with clients and teams.
· Solid network of contacts in the post-production industry
· Substantial experience in bidding visual effects projects, budgeting and financial metrics
· Success in managing multiple projects and competing deadlines
· Strong presentation skills, both creating and delivering presentation and proposals to clients
