Head of 3D Partner Network

At Cylindo we’re bringing 3D product visualization to global furniture brands and retailers in a photorealistic and easy fashion. We have a growing demand from our clients who are all seeing the benefits of moving towards 3D photorealistic ways of visualizing products. We are therefore looking to scale our 3D model output through pipeline automation and 3D modelling partner supply.

Cylindo is looking for a Head of 3D Partner Network with strong experience in working with 3D modelling partners. You will be working on expanding our existing 3D partner network to ensure an aggressively growing supply of high quality photorealistic 3D models. It is a strategic area for Cylindo, and you will lead the expansion of our team to meet the growth targets of the future.

What you will be doing:

• In charge of scaling and continue the build up of a worldwide 3D model supply partner network

• Build and evolve incentives and business models to motivate 3D model supplier interest and top performance

• Ensure and reach 3D model supply capacity and quality targets

• Build up an organizational team to handle the inbound/outbound acquisition, education, onboarding, management and scaling of 3D modelling partners

• Close collaboration with internal Cylindo delivery team who deliver final 3D models and renders to clients.

• Shaping the strategy on current and future needs of the 3D modelling supply partner ecosystem

• Coordinate with product team and other internal teams to enable a continuous better product offering for partners in our network

• Shaping of the organisational structure, recruitment and HR efforts within the 3D Partner Network team

• Preferably 2+ years experience in working with 3D modelling outsourcing

• Track record of building a content supply partner network

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to talk to all cultures and backgrounds

• Self motivated and creative individual looking for solutions rather than problems

• Team leadership capability (including local and remote team members)
