Sr. Producer


WB Games Inc. seeks a Senior Producer for the WBG San Francisco Production department for the development of Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. At WB Games San Francisco we are bringing some of the most iconic characters and stories to life in the mobile space. We are committed to creating fun and engaging games for our fans and are positioning ourselves to become a top player in mobile.

What part will you play?

The ideal candidate for this role has launched and operated several mobile titles, and has done extensive work in the free-to-play space from the concept stage to live operations.

  • Responsible for timely, quality delivery of game features and new game content.
  • Run scrums and production meetings to ensure effective communication of goals, tasks, progress, and blockers.
  • Coordinate QA testing efforts, prioritize bugs and ensure resolution.
  • Create, prioritize and manage project and task backlogs.
  • Coordinate build and feature reviews, create and execute action plan in response.
  • Create response plans to live issues, manage response to live game issues as required.
  • Manage Assistant or Associate Producers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What do we require from you?
  • 6+ years production experience in video game industry with increasing responsibility.
  • At least 3 years experience in mobile games.
  • At least 3 years in free to play games.
  • Must have demonstrated success (top grossing) in the mobile, freemium market across multiple games.
  • Ideally contributed to a mass-market franchise for a big brand publisher.
  • Must have managed other producers directly.
  • Undergraduate degree of equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in JIRA, Hansoft, MS Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
  • Skilled in running live operations, including daily scrum, project management.
  • Ability to negotiate and form consensus.
  • Deep understanding of mobile games and mobile game market.
  • Strong knowledge of freemium monetization strategies.
  • Very comfortable managing KPIs through analytics for live, long term engagement games.
