Sr. Economy Designer

Description

WB Games seeks a Sr. Economy Designer for the San Francisco Design Department.

What part will you play?

• Plan, document, fully design, and implement a F2P game economy.
• Analyze data from a Live product, and tune/adjust game economy parameters in order to affect Live metrics.
• Work closely with the PM team to review and design monetization-based analytics.
• Provide new feature recommendations that improve monetization and retention.
• Monitor and assist PM team with post-launch tournaments and events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What do we require from you?

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent industry experience and success.
• 3-5 years designing and owning mobile free to play economy.
• At least 2 years in free to play games.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in MS Powerpoint, Word and Excel. Must be expert level with Excel.
• Ability to negotiate and form consensus.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
