Technical Animation Coordinator

Blur Studio is seeking a warm and charismatic Technical Animation Coordinator with very strong Shotgun expertise to help create a fun productive work environment for a highly talented team of technical artists. This technically-minded coordinator will have a strong background in CG and/or VFX and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities while creatively addressing pressing issues in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities for this role will include helping to drive daily department meetings and schedules, clearly and effectively relaying status updates to other departments and Production team members, as well as anticipating needs and concerns of the department and it's team members. Ideal candidates must be detail-oriented, Shotgun savvy, with a solid understanding of project scheduling and CG pipelines, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive attitude. 

Strong Production experience with Shotgun required.
