You can:

-Manage and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on user workstations running Linux, Mac, and occasionally Windows
-BASH and/or Python Scripting to increase production in our area of supporting the artists
-Local Network management, Digital security, managing and maintaining network and system security
-Lead and manage IT team, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions
-Gathering of metrics to identify trends that help create business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives
-Develop and implement all policies and procedures for the IT team.
-Be responsible for developing and executing project plans
-Establish and maintain regular communications with executives, department heads, and end users regarding IT activities
-Create user documentation and assist with the creation and development of user training documenation



You have:

-Knowledge at the level of a Senior systems administrator in the areas of networking, linux, virtualization, etc
-A proactive, honest, positive, curious and energetic attitude 
-The ability to troubleshoot 
-Advanced knowledge of OSX, CentOS/RHEL
-Advanced knowledge of automation tools such as Puppet of Chef
-Advanced knowledge of virtualization concepts and implementations(xenserver preferred)
-Advanced knowledge of security concepts ranging from file permissions to best practices and backdoor prevention
-Creative problem solving and proven ability to think through complex issues
-Dynamic worth ethic including effective time management
-Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative or team setting
-Excellent oral communication skills with the ability to effectively and accurately communicate at all levels of the organization
-High degree of accuracy, organizational and communication skills, detailed oriented and strong team player
-The ability to relocate if necessary
