Global Head of Technology Resource Management


This role oversees the Technology Resource Management (TRM) department. This department is responsible for the technology resources for the Film & TV Brands, with a particular focus on Render, Data Management and Data Transfer. Their role is to wrangle the requirements, report the usage and forecast the upcoming needs. The group is globally distributed but with most of its team comprising a 24/7 support center located in Bangalore.





·         Work closely with all the Brands to manage priority and quota for the various resource needed

·         Deliver daily reports on operations for each of the critical resource based on defined KPI criteria

·         Report any resource issue to production and coordinate with the various technology group to get them resolved

·         Work with the Bangalore Head of TRM to make sure that SLA and workflow are properly delivered



  • Work with the Creative and Production team to define the workflow to report and manage Render, Data and sync

  • Define forecasting strategy to plan resource need in the future and establish need of better management

  • Identify resource optimization opportunity and work with technology and creative team to put better practice in place that maximize out utilization

  • Guide the development of tools to improve the efficient use of resources

  • Collaborate with Creative and Production on the improvement of processes and protocols relating to Technology Resources


·         Strong understanding of Render, Data Management and Data Transfer in Visual Effects

·         Experience working with a globally distributed business in a pressurized production environment

·         Background managing a cross-site, cross-functional support team

·         Prior experience collaborating with software engineers, preferably in a Product Owner or Key Stakeholder role

·         Experience with Cloud Render technology

·         Strong peer relationship management skills

·         Prior experience developing KPIs and reporting dashboards

·         Strong presentation skills

·         Service minded

·         Ability to look beyond the immediate need to the long term
