Summary
of Position
You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the studio’s art
pipeline, identifying proprietary content creation tool requirements, asset
standards, best practices, and performance profiling. You will be responsible
for designing and implementing smooth workflow and toolchain that allows rapid
iteration of assets across the character, environment, and cinematics teams.
In addition, you will establish and
document content best practices and studio conventions, participate in
identifying external technology needs, and assist in the personnel hiring
process. This role reports to the Studio Art Director.

You should:

Have experience leading teams across multiple
art disciplines including character, environment, effects, and animation
artists
·
Have experience designing content pipelines
for AAA games on multiple platforms, including PC
·
Have experience using Unreal Engine on a
shipped project
·
Possess technical art skills in character
rigging, character customization, and cinematics pipelines
·
Be self-motivated and self-directed
·
Have excellent verbal and written
communication skills
·
Positive attitude and a desire to bring new
ideas to the team
·
Have strongly cultivated soft skills
·
Passion for great games, with an awareness of
current titles and industry trends
Nice
