DECK NINE GAMES
We are currently looking for an experienced Environment Artist to join our growing art team. You'll split your time between 3D modeling and working in Unreal 4 to light cinematic scenes.
Responsibilities:
-- Work independently to build and enhance 3D art assets
-- Maintain a consistent art style while cinematically lighting scenes in Unreal 4
-- Cover a wide range of responsibilities, including asset creation, lighting and rigid body animation
-- Excellent work ethic, self-motivation, able to accept constructive criticism and art direction
-- Ability and willingness to adapt to new art styles
Qualifications:
-- 2+ years’ experience in games modeling environments using 3DSMax or Maya
-- Experience with either baked or real time lighting
-- Unreal Engine 4 experience desired
-- Portfolio that demonstrates complete scenes rather than just 3D assets

from a game like Life is Strange and the amazing action storytelling from games
like Last of Us.
Our first game, Life is Strange: Before the Storm is loved
by fans and has won multiple awards, including Game of Year and was nominated
for both a VGA and a BAFTA. The studio is 90+ people and is in sunny
Westminster, Colorado at the base of the Rocky Mountains. The studio is working
on an unannounced story adventure game and is growing additional teams for more
projects.
