Overview
WildBrain Studios is looking for an experienced Harmony Animator to
join our team! You may have known us as DHX Media – we’ve recently
changed our name to reflect our renewed commitment to pushing the
creative and focusing on the artist experience. At
WildBrain we create epic entertainment experiences for kids and family
through industry leading animation. Join us and see what other great

The role:
This
is a unique opportunity for experienced, passionate and motivated
animators who want to work at a high level of television animation. If
you are an experienced animator who loves to push boundaries, we’d love
to hear from you!
Responsibilities
You will get to:
- Report to the Animation Supervisors and Animation Director to create high quality 2D Harmony animation
- Be accountable for incorporating a high level of quality in each scene
- Collaborate with other animators and supervisors to identify and solve problems, both technically and artistically
- Collaborate in a team environment
Qualifications
You will be a great fit on our team if…
- You have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced, collaborative environment
- You have effective and professional communication skills as well as self-motivation
- You have the desire to learn and be flexible and willing to work as part of a team
- You possess a sharp wit and a great sense of humor!
Specific skills we’d love to see…
- Minimum 2 years animation experience required
- Must
have a strong sense of animation basics, acting, staging, posing,
weight, timing and storytelling as well as staying on model
- High level of experience with Toon Boom Harmony is a powerful asset
- Will consider candidates who possess a strong animation background in 3D
