Job Description

  • Primary ownership and communication of all Master Test Plans for all assigned projects
  • Primary ownership and communication to producers and stakeholders, ensuring that all outbound communication meets a clear standard
  • Performing consistent daily observation, research, review, and reporting of operations process adherence for all current assigned projects
  • Maintaining, advancing and promoting knowledge in the field of quality
  • Consistent collaboration with peer group and applicable department teams to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing and the cultivation of innovation within Unbroken
  • Participation in yearly performance review process, helping to gather feedback and sharing it with their direct manager to support performance management
  • Gathering feedback and data to create and facilitate project post mortem

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years experience in the videogame industry and/or QA operations
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical eye, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Exceptional critical analysis skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)
  • Experience with Agile development
  • Passion for games and delivering quality products
  • Capacity to multitask and prioritize
  • Knowledge of Office Suite
  • Familiarity with the game development cycle and methodologies
  • Passion for video games

Pluses:

  • Experience working on AAA titles
  • Embedded development QA experience
  • Extensive experience playing or working on shooter titles
  • Experience working with external teams
  • Experience in programming or scripting languages
  • Experience with a Game Development Engine
  • 4 year college degree
