  • Actively participate in recruiting world-class freelance and staff compositors.
  • Provide mentoring, individual training, performance reviews, and professional guidance to all members of the compositing team.
Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of high end VFX processes and pipeline.
  • Minimum of eight years’ experience in compositing across a wide variety of content including film, advertising, episodic and commercials.
  • Expert user of Fusion or Nuke, plus working knowledge of other compositing software and tools such as Mistika, PTGUI, After Effects, and various 360º/180º plugins and tools.
  • Understanding of 3D processes, and experience integrating 3D elements.
  • Proven artist management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take criticism, and work under high pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining team cohesion.
