Part-Time Professor of Advertising

Join SCAD Atlanta as a part-time professor of advertising and branding and help teach students how to copywrite for traditional and digital platforms.

The SCAD advertising and branding program covers the breadth of the discipline, from design and copywriting to integrated brand marketing and strategic planning. In this role, you will teach SCAD advertising students how to copywrite for next-generation advertising, including additional skills in story-scaping, experience design, technology, and branded content.

The ideal candidate has copywriting experience on diverse advertising platforms with advertising agencies or in-house marketing groups, including concept development, creative brand strategy, pitch presentation development, and creative execution. Undergraduate and graduate university-level teaching experience is preferred.

Requirements
- Terminal degree or its equivalent in advertising or a related field
- Ability to work with students and faculty of diverse backgrounds
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
