Global EP/Head of Business Development


FuseFX is an award-winning Visual Effects Studio providing visual effects services for episodic television, feature films, commercials, virtual and VR productions. Founded in 2006, the company employs 500+ personnel across seven studio locations: our flagship office in Los Angeles, CA, New York City, Vancouver, BC., and Atlanta. We are in search of a dynamic Global EP/Head of Business Development who will ensure the quality and success of all client relationships at across the company. The role will drive the organic growth of the business through existing relationships and in securing new business.


  • Build and foster solid relationships with all present and future FuseFX clients.
  • Responsible for establishing and meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets.

ยท       Create ongoing strategy for project acquisition and define work distribution across multiple geographic regions taking into account client expectations.

  • Leverage exerience to ensure clients receive the highest level of satisfaction from first moments of engagement through final delivery of projects.
  • Ownership of project handoff across studio, acting as a bridge between business development and production ensuring new business leads are smoothly integrated into show production.
  • Directly supervises and mentors all business development personnel, creating a cohesive internal process for all sales activities.
  • Business Development oversight on all other key contributors, potentially including high level supervisors and EPs.
  • Partner with VP of Production to develop, research and refine strategies for growth, both in current markets and expansion into new verticals.
  • Oversee Director of Marketing and continuously drive new marketing initiatives.
  • Encourage active discussion of client experience techniques and issues with the entire Production team.
