Ideal candidates must have an eye for detail and be a great communicator.  Must work well under deadlines and be able to pivot and adapt to the shifting priorities of production needs.  The ability to evaluate and enforce priorities is paramount.  Candidates must have the ability to track lots of data. 

This person should be comfortable with new and evolving technology.  Curiosity and enthusiasm for virtual production, including performance capture is a plus.

Experience coordinating a team of 5-20 artists in a VFX or Animation pipeline required. Virtual production or motion capture experience not required, but is a plus.

In this role the coordinator will be a point of contact to answer questions about scenes regarding status, or blocker issues.  Information gathering, tracking and reporting on the status of all assets and environments as they travel through the department is key to this position. This requires updating the internal tracking database and documents with statuses and ensuring other teams are aware of statuses.  The coordinator will work closely with the Production Designers and the Art Dept; taking notes, scheduling meetings/reviews, and managing deliveries.

The project is long term and so we are looking for candidates who can commit to multiple years of work.

While the position is currently a work from home situation employees do have to live in the Los Angeles area.
