JOB DESCRIPTION:
As part of its development program, and for its ambitious upcoming productions, QUANTIC DREAM is expanding its Production team.
We are looking for an R&D Producer to monitor production/projects in our R&D division in the context of the development of our future AAA games.
Within an innovative and stimulating environment, your main task will be to compile project progress information, attend meetings and take minutes, monitor the challenges inherent in project progress (risks, obstacles, constraints etc.) and report these to the R&D Production Manager and Production Director.
You will be required to collaborate with Producers/Project Managers, Leads and Directors in order to monitor and coordinate project progress with all departments and meet internal and external deadlines.
You will ensure that information from Directors is correctly circulated to Leads (Team Leaders), and then to all team members in all departments.
Finally, you will keep project progress and development documentation updated, and will ensure that planning schedules are up-to-date.

PROFILE:
- Good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact and collaborate with numerous different profiles (technical and/or artistic experts).
- Business or engineering school graduate specialized in project management
- You will ideally have 1 to 3 years’ experience (including internships) in video game development or film animation, or have sound knowledge of video game development.
- In-depth knowledge of MS Excel software and project management software such as Jira, Hansoft or similar.
- A meticulous self-starter, you demonstrate a real ability to analyze, manage and consolidate large volumes of information.
- A positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively and fluently in both written and spoken English.
- You have a keen interest in project management / tracking the production of IT developments.

Playstation titles HEAVY RAIN (PS3/PS4), BEYOND: TWO SOULS (PS3/PS4) and
DETROIT: BECOME HUMAN (PS4).
Detroit:
Become Human, which released on May 25th 2018 on PLAYSTATION 4, is Quantic
Dream’s fastest selling title to date, having sold in excess of 1 million units
in its first two weeks on shelves. Heavy Rain, which released in February 2010
and won three BAFTA and DICE awards, remains our bestselling title so far, with
combined sales of over 5 million units worldwide on PS3 and PS4.
We
are currently working on several unannounced titles.
