An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Producer to join Charcoalblue’s New York team based at our client’s offices in New York. Due to COVID-19, this post will be remote-based until further notice.

Charcoalblue@ is a dedicated managed service within Charcoalblue, offering project and design management to key clients. Working internationally, we use our expertise of auditoria, collaboration space, hospitality, experiential design, and AV technology to deliver outstanding spaces for our clients.  Our team of specialist Project Managers, Producers, Design Managers, Research & Development (R&D) consultants, CAD Standards Consultants, Technical Producers, and Administrators work closely with single clients and are fully embedded into their workflow and teams.

This role will be responsible for the successful definition, design, and delivery of world-class guest experiences in line with client goals. This Producer will deliver those experiences through permanent installations that bridge the digital and physical, enhancing the guest experience and storytelling of our client’s event spaces. This will involve ensuring the design intent is delivered by developing and managing the right budgets, schedules, strategies, and scopes required to achieve the project goals.
