OVERVIEW: This is a leadership role charged with the development of creative solutions for complex business communications initiatives across a wide range of clients and project types. We need someone who can offer insights, provide advice, and get hands-on with creative concepts for clients. The role’s top three priorities are: 1) Thinking strategically with clients and internal team account managers to help frame out a client’s needs and challenges; 2) Work with and manage a broader team, developing the best creative approach; 3) Design and present concepts to clients, verbalizing rationale clearly while helping meet their immediate needs and long-term goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage a creative team from concept to completion of the project(s) with strong creative leadership and communication skills. Provide creative direction to exceed the client’s expectations, including hands-on knowledge of each step of the process. Embody the agency's culture and implement its quality standards. Keep informed and share knowledge of emerging technologies, popular culture, and trends. Showcase strong creative and conceptual vision for brands across print, web, and multimedia.

REQUIREMENTS: 10+ years of experience in branding/graphic design preferred, involving work in a team dynamic and communicating and interfacing directly with clients. You must have hands-on design and project management experience. We require exceptional communication skills, especially the ability to articulate your creative rationale clearly and directly. Experience and knowledge in digital/web/motion design a plus.
