Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a driven Product Manager to help lead our game developer and player focused aspects of PlayerWON™ to ensure that it is a must have for all F2P and Live Service console and PC games. You will be responsible for developing and executing on the roadmap for a highly visible, dynamic, and fast growing area of the business. You are passionate about video games, whether as a player or spectator, and have a dedication to defining and driving innovative solutions into the market.

Responsibilities

    • Be a visible advocate for Simulmedia’s playerWON platform internally and externally
    • Help develop, prioritize, and execute on our product roadmap and corresponding GTMs to deliver unique value to game developers and players and drive competitive differentiation in market
    • Manage market research, validation, and prioritization of product opportunities and integrations via engaging directly with game developers, players, and internal / external stakeholders
    • Work collaboratively with cross functional leaders in engineering, sales, business development, marketing, services, and ops to drive the product strategy and deliver tangible growth and results to the business
    • Lead highly collaborative cross-functional r&d teams to oversee the planning, design, and development of products from initiation decision through release and future iterations
    • Collaborate on how we will measure the success and effectiveness of PlayerWON™ for our developer and player community and track performance. Leverage qualitative insights and quantitative data to inform decisions.

Qualifications

    • BA or BS degree in CS or related technical discipline preferred and/or equivalent experience indicating strong technical background
    • 5+ years in a product management role with prior experience in games - PC, console, social, or mobile
    • Experience in working, integrating, or supporting APIs and related development tools
    • Experience with game engines such as Unreal, Unity, Amazon Lumberyard / CryEngine is a plus
    • Technical and market knowledge of digital media buying and selling, advertising technology solutions, and corresponding business models within digital advertising is a plus
    • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
    • Outstanding technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
    • Deep intellectual curiosity, passion for learning new technology, able to identify market trends
    • Experience within an Agile product development environment with an emphasis on continuous improvement
