Job Description
RougeMocap is looking for talented and enthusiastic Facial Animators for an exciting AAA project. If you are interested in joining the team, we are looking for applicants that have thorough knowledge of Facial Capture HMC, Maya, and the movement of the human face.
The Facial Animator is responsible for creating inspiring, engaging, appealing and realistic facial performances for all characters from HMC video.
Responsibilities
• Create high quality realistic animations utilizing hand key animation and motion capture data.
• Help improve animation pipelines and provide quick fast paced animations.
• Managing shot/sequence responsibilities within fast paced deadlines
• Collaborate with Supervisor and other artists on the team to help create a fluid environment
Requirements:
• The ideal candidate should have at least 1-3 years experience animating face
• Experience in Maya animating from HMC footage
• Strong eye for facial movements and with the ability to work on the fly in a fast paced environment
• Strong Facial Animation, and Motion Capture editing skills
• Proficient in animating realistic and dynamic Facial animation
• Must be able to take direction and effectively communicate with team
• Strong communication skills in client-facing situations, including but not limited to, email, database tracking, understanding and interpreting creative notes
