Territory Studio is looking for a collaborative and ambitious Account Manager to join our growing Creative Advertising team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in managing international and/or local entertainment marketing campaigns to contribute to the growth of this division through strategic client relationship development and campaign management.

- Account Manager - Creative Advertising
- REPORTS TO: Senior Account Manager
- LOCATION: London
- CONTRACT: Full-time (40 hours/ week)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in theatrical print and digital campaign management working with film studios’ and broadcasters’ marketing departments.
- Experience communicating with media buyers and media agencies, developing a clear understanding of media plans, timelines and requirements.
- Confidence in communicating clearly and effectively with the team, third-party suppliers and clients.
- Experience working with print and digital designers, with an understanding of design workflows and requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail while remaining calm and focused and able to prioritise at high traffic times.
- Excellent listening skills and verbal and written communications skills.
- Proactive stance regarding varying client requirements and delivery preferences
- Knowledge of theatrical print and digital budgets and costings; experience managing costs.
- Experience presenting work and communicating effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience with production management software and MS Office (particularly Excel).
Responsibilities:
- Managing campaign deliveries across multiple projects and being the point of contact for media agencies, media partners, clients, stakeholders and internal designers.
- Ensuring a smooth day-to-day running of the studio - maintaining a positive, upbeat and professional studio, being pro-active, solution-orientated, flexible and keen to learn.
- Operate as the point of contact for designated clients and campaigns; attending briefing sessions, overseeing client receivables and deliverables, sharing client feedback and managing all internal and external communications on a campaign, and keeping internal admin and file storage systems updated daily.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Monitor and deliver against agreed budgets.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our jobs according to media agencies and client needs and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities - both with existing clients and further afield - identifying unmet needs and areas in which the department could expand or improve in order to grow sales.
- Prepare reports on account status, as needed.
- Manage budgets, costs, suppliers and contribute to the management of profitability of projects.
