Digital Production Manager

Description

Responsibilities

·      Interface with VFX, Editorial and VAD to maintain weekly shot turnover quotas

·      Work with VFX Producer to track VFX Vendor shot progress and delivery schedule

·      Interface with VFX Vendor Production to troubleshoot and resolve issues impeding shot delivery

·      Tracking of VAD redelivery items, as required per Director or Editorial changes (post-turnover)

·      Tracking of final deliverables through DI

·      Maintain and disseminate weekly shot turnover reports to Producers and Studio

·      Audit weekly VFX Vendor Status Reports

·      Audit and tracking of VFX shots in movie reels

·      Assist VFX Producer with digital asset cost tracking

Required Skills

Good working knowledge of:

·      Filemaker

·      Excel

Candidates must be located in Los Angeles.

Candidates must be US citizens or Permanent Residence card (Green Card) holders.
