Game Developer (Temporary)

Warner Animation Group has an exciting new opportunity for a Game Developer to join our team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Apply a critical eye, willingness to experiment, and enthusiasm to collaborate with artists and other creative disciplines to achieve the best possible quality.
- Play a substantial role in coding, performance profiling, optimization, and general troubleshooting as necessary.
- Participate with the rest of the organization by providing valuable input on the company's long-term roadmap and helping identify areas of opportunity for improvement.
- Demonstrate command of applicable programming languages and a thorough knowledge of software design practices including modularity, event-driven architecture, object-oriented design, graphics and animation techniques, portability, extensibility, and testability.
- Demonstrate competency in several of the following specialties, with an expertise in more than one: gameplay, graphics/rendering, optimization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience developing for Unreal Engine with C++ and Blueprints.
- Strong problem solving and analytic skills.
- Understanding of various animation technologies such as animation keys, curves, interpolation, etc.
- Familiarity with animation pipelines.
- Ability to understand artist workflows and translate into game-based tools.
- Work with designers on intuitive visual solutions.
Additional experience in animation and film production as a TD or developer a plus.
