Description
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented
Administrative Associate to handle shared tasks between our Game Director and
Narrative Director.
As an Administrative Associate, your primary role is managing the
day-to-day activities of our Game Director and Narrative Director, while
assisting in operational functions and other tasks. You will be a supportive
force that empowers our Directors to oversee a complex creative pipeline. This
position will require initiative, judgment, and independent decision-making. Our
Directors will be relying on you for flexibility, reliability, and foresight, as
well as confidentiality related to our games and operations. This is a remote,
full-time position.
Responsibilities
·
Maximize effectiveness of Directors’
time by managing tasks and deadlines, assisting with delegation and time
management, and providing administrative support
·
Manage the Directors’ calendars,
including prioritizing and filtering meetings, scheduling, sending reminders,
and preparing agendas
·
Manage and assist communication
between Directors and the team, liaising with leads and team members on various
projects and tasks
·
Provide administrative assistance,
such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting documents, taking meetings notes
or dictations, and preparing communications on the Directors’ behalf
·
Track progress on various
initiatives and follow through with Directors and team members to ensure
deadlines are met
·
Maintain and improve internal
processes that support the Directors; collaborate with Directors to create new
processes that increase efficiency and effectiveness
·
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
·
A bachelor's degree or equivalent
combination of education and/or experience required
·
Two years of
clerical/administrative experience preferred
·
Advanced computer skills including
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required; Jira and Confluence strongly
preferred
·
Must be able to adapt quickly to new information and/or
large-scale changes and pivot rapidly between tasks
·
Must be able to professionally
handle sensitive information and maintain complete confidentiality
·
Must operate well in a team
environment, as well as perform job duties with little supervision
·
Excellent organizational skills
·
Excellent communication skills in
English, both written and verbal; ability to filter communications with
diplomacy
·
Must be a creative, high-energy
professional who can successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment.
·

Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000 DOE

on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the
successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado.
Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the
