Technical Producer

Description

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, technically-minded Technical Producer to assist the Technical Director and technical teams in delivering our AAA games.

 

As a Technical Producer, your primary role is helping the Technical Director and Technical Teams in managing day-to-day work, interfacing with external teams, taking on technical tasks, and whatever else may come up in the Technical sphere.  This position will require initiative, growth, ownership, creative and technical thinking, and independent decision-making.  The Technical Director will be relying on you to carry out important tasks to help us build and ship our games.  You will play an essential role in ensuring our studio succeeds.  This is a remote, full-time position.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Technical Director to keep our games, pipeline, and tools on the forefront of gaming
  • Help Technical Leads across the studio in managing work, both internal and external, to make sure we ship cutting edge, impactful Storytelling game experiences
  • Work with external publishers and teams to meet technical requirements
  • Participate in studio interactions with platform holders, 3rd party tools, and development processes
  • Track progress on various initiatives and follow through with the Technical Director and team members to ensure deadlines are met
  • Collaborate, maintain and improve internal processes that support the Technical Director and Technical Teams
  • Collaborate with the Technical teams to create new processes that increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Other duties as assigned, including programming and pipeline work

 

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required in technical fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Mathematics/Physics
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; ability to filter communications with diplomacy
  • Must be able to adapt quickly to new information and/or large-scale changes and pivot rapidly between tasks
  • Must be able to professionally handle sensitive information and maintain complete confidentiality
  • Must operate well in a team environment, as well as perform job duties with little supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be a creative, high-energy professional who can successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $50,000-$70,000

 

**Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. **
