The Recruiter, People Acquisition will manage the full life cycle recruiting for MSG Sphere. This position will work with hiring managers in the requisition intake process and partner with People Practices teams on processes to open and fill roles, which includes full-time and hourly positions. The position will develop and manage sourcing plans, assess, and interview candidates while guiding and coaching hiring managers through the process of attracting and onboarding best-in-class and diverse talent. In addition, this position will coordinate any mass hiring events that occur for Sphere.

What will you do?

• The Recruiter, People Acquisition will manage full life cycle recruiting for a broad range of positions at all levels supporting MSG Sphere roles primarily for venue operations.
• The ideal candidate is committed to providing an enhanced customer and candidate experience and marketing MSG Sphere as a great place to work.
• The role will establish partnerships with leaders in their assigned groups, manage stakeholders, and lead the recruiting process for open positions, which could include mass hiring events.
• The position will partner with their manager and business to build a strategy, execute processes, programs, and communications ensuring adherence to established Company standards.
• This candidate will be responsible for facilitating staffing and selection of employees through timely recruitment, reviews of applications and resumes, scheduling of interviews, offers of employment and ensuring an efficient onboarding in partnership with the hiring managers.

What do you need to succeed?

• The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience with proven abilities to manage competing priorities and a demanding workload.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, influencing skills and written and verbal skills required.
• Working knowledge and understanding of all laws, rules, codes, and regulations applicable to the workplace.
• Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team.
• Preferred experience of leading mass hiring events for a large population of frontline workers up to business leaders.
