Director Partner Solutions - Hybrid

Who are we hiring?
Reporting to the Vice President of Partner Solutions, the Senior Solutions Strategist will be a customer marketing expert who is able to design and package our advertising, sponsorship, and marquee event products into solutions that meet customer needs. The right leader will be an expert at designing solutions and articulating the benefits of these packages in a manner that makes customers and clients want to buy. Our solutions architects who will listen to customer needs, benchmark what we have to sell, and design packages that enable the MSG Sphere to establish itself as a premium creative canvas while meeting all of our sales and partner revenue goals. A born collaborator, this role will connect customer needs, with technical potential, and creative development to design and deliver solutions that work for our partners, our fans, and our brand.

What will you do?

• Responsibly manage multiple partner pitches, demonstrating the ability to tell a compelling story for potential brands, leveraging a deep understanding of brand, strategy, marketing, and customer intelligence
• Design and package advertising, sponsorship, and marquee event products into solutions to meet customer needs.
• Connect “what we have to sell” with “what the customer needs to solve” into customer marketing and partners solutions that create win – win scenarios
• Work in partnership with our sales teams, our marketing team, our creative studio, and our technical engineers to design, develop, and deliver solutions that build our customer’s brand, enhance the Sphere brand, and make commercial sense for all parties (advertising, shows, exhibits, interactive experiences)
• Develop sponsorship frameworks that deliver financial value and profit to Sphere
• Concept experiences in partnership with our Studios team that leverage the full capability of Sphere, further differentiating our product in delivering high quality, premium content that people love and share
• Collaborate closely with Studios (content), Ventures (engineering), business and marketing to ensure we develop a viable scope for new projects in concert with product roadmap and with a quality that meets partnership objectives.
• Provide estimates and updates to project stakeholders on creative development, processes, costs and budgets from pitch to delivery
• Utilize data and research to conceive of content themes, formats, requirements, architectures and more to develop performance-driven program ideas that feel organic to our brands.
• Research current and emerging technologies in the immersive/entertainment space and drive acceleration when needed


What do you need to succeed?

• 10 years’ experience in owning, developing and delivering branded content experiences for an agency or in promotion of a brand portfolio of services/products
• Understanding of technology partnerships and developing creative ideas for brands in the immersive/interactive space is a plus
• Vast experience with the pitching/RFP/briefing process – ability to draft, structure, architect and cost out creative solutions for a wide variety of creative projects
• Exceptional skills in organizational leadership, creative strategy, time and project management, goal-setting, and workload prioritization for multi-disciplinary teams
• Finger on the pulse in the immersive/live entertainment/technology space; expertise in data/technology analysis, ability to apply performance/cost metrics to bring new ideas to life
• Next level organizational skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Unafraid to challenge the status quo
