Junior Tools QA Tester


Deck Nine Games is currently hiring a Junior Tools QA Tester to help us create the next generation of narrative adventure games.

As a Tools QA Tester, you will be joining our internal tools team to help increase the quality and efficiency of our internal tools and pipeline.  You will report to our tools lead and will work directly with our Tools and Pipeline team, our project teams, and our other QA members.  You will have a direct hand in helping us build the games that make Deck Nine great!

  • Test all our internal tools
  • Work closely with our Tools and Pipeline team on all new features and bug fixes
  • Interface with team members across all our projects and disciplines
  • Advocate for our tool users on efficiency and usability issues
  • Discover and track defects and opportunities for efficiency gains
  • Keep our tool documentation updated as we add new features and fix bugs



  • Quality problem-solving skills
  • Technical ability related to education or experience
  • Organized and thorough
  • A passion for games


Bonus Qualifications:

  • Degree in a technical field
  • Experience with Unreal
  • Experience with UI frameworks like QT or WPF
  • Experience with Bug Tracking systems like Trello or Jira

Salary Range: $50,000+ DOE
