Nine Games is currently hiring a full-time, remote Senior Producer to
join our award-winning narrative adventure team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver
milestone schedules and meet goals
- Build
and maintain efficient processes
- Set
standards for documentation for internal and external consumption
- Manage
Jira and Confluence projects / spaces for your teams
- Mentor
and coach others across the game, including junior producers
- Own
costs and status while collaborating to prioritize stakeholder directives
- Make
decisions based on data of resources, costs, quality, and scope
- Support
studio level prioritization
- Strong
meeting facilitation and culture: agenda with action-based meetings
- Identify
risks, construct mitigation plans, and implement strategic solutions
- Proactively
engage with potential issues before they become blockers
- Drive
quality in concert with feature/product benchmarks
- Negotiate
with Publisher and 3rd parties as required throughout
project life cycle
- Proactively
communicate milestone issues and / or create solutions for issues
- Scrum
Use: standups, task breakdowns, plans, retros, and reviews
- Collaborate
with Game Director and other leads to deliver game on time and on budget
- Contribute
to a creative studio culture that is positive, collaborative, and delivers
quality
- Be a passionate leader that displays poise calm through
skill and attention to detail
Requirements & Skills
- 5+
years of experience in production
- Shipped
multiple AAA PC and / or console games, especially knowledge of
certification processes
- Excellent
project management skill set
- Excellent
verbal and written communication
- Excellent
at time delegation management and personal task management
- Establish
your own priorities and solve problems
- Remain
calm and positive in the face of stress
- Empower
others through poise and precision
- Strong knowledge of Atlassian and MS Office
Bonus
Points
- Experience
with narrative or cinematic driven games
- Worked
in another discipline: programming, art, design, narrative, animation,
tech, audio, cinematics, and vfx
- Knowledge
of Project Management methodologies and their tradeoffs
- Expert
Jira, Confluence, Excel
- Workflow
documentation and Gantt charts
- CSM,
CPM, CaPM, PMP or other certifications

Here at Deck Nine Games our
passion is storytelling games. We are an independent game developer dedicated
to crafting AAA interactive story games that inspire, transform, and entertain
players. In 2021 we released Life is Strange True Colors, which went on to win
multiple awards for storytelling and visuals, including best storytelling for
2021 and a VGA for Games for Impact. Recently we announced that we are developing
a game for the hit sci-fi Amazon series, The Expanse. Our prior titles have won
multiple awards, including Game of the Year and nominations for VGA and BAFTA
