Social Media Lead


Role Overview:

As the Social Media Lead for South Park Digital Studios, you'll be at the helm of our social media handles, driving strategy, creative, production and community growth and engagement across multiple platforms. You will work on product launches and brand activations. Casa Bonita functions like a start-up environment, so while you will hold senior leadership responsibilities, your in-house team will be lean and you will have hands-on responsibilities. This position is open to remote work, but candidates living in the New York, Denver, or Los Angeles areas could take on a hybrid position, meaning the job could be remote with the potential for in-studio work.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the overarching social strategy, editorial calendar, and promotional plans.
  • Steer the day-to-day content dissemination across platforms, ensuring coherence with the brand's voice and image.
  • Successfully lead evergreen campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Ideate and implement seasonal campaigns as well as in-the-moment audience engagement to ensure daily ticket sales targets are met.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including content, marketing, PR/communications, and creative teams.
  • Craft a comprehensive social playbook to ascertain content delivery standards and brand behavior.
  • Drive brand positioning across all platforms, ensuring effective communications.
  • Set, analyze, and report on KPIs, leveraging insights to drive audience engagement and growth.
  • Lead effective collaboration in a matrixed organization.
  • Identify opportunities for new business ventures via social channels.


  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in social media marketing management and strategy at a major commercial media, entertainment or creative brand. Or, experience with a best-in-class social media brand.
  • Strong knowledge of comedy, animation, internet culture, social trends and storytelling
  • Comprehensive understanding of full 360 marketing functions and a proven record of integrating digital strategies across departments.
  • Proficiency in a multitude of social platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Discord, and YouTube.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate, looking beyond existing methods to define what comes next.
  • Experience in developing community engagement strategies that grow audiences and increase interaction.
  • Adept at both strategic planning and hands-on execution, meeting objectives with quality and timeliness.
  • An analytical mindset with an obsession for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working with visionary leaders, including founders.
