Contract Production Coordinator

Description

Bungie is looking for Production Coordinators to support the production of our next video game. In this role you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the development of a game, from concept to release. You will assist Producers in all aspects of production. Production Coordinators will need to be able work effectively with both creative and technical people; strong people are essential. You must be willing to get in the trenches and take on multitude of tasks throughout the game’s production. The best part, you’ll get to collaborate with the Producers and Leads to help support the most talented team in video games, and they will support you.

Your responsibilities will include:

Documenting key production and design decisions changes
Maintaining production schedules during development of the game
Help track schedules & managed assets
Supporting identified weaknesses, bottlenecks and risks
Troubleshoot communication and work flow problems
Responsible for coordinating any project outsourcing
Understanding of the schedule and related project administration
Ensure proper and timely communication of relevant issues to the Producers and Leads
Provide support to Bungie’s senior management
