External Producer

Description

Konami is looking for an experienced Producer to manage all aspects of development with external development companies for music game titles on multiple platforms including next generation consoles.

The Konami Production team has produced, designed and launched several award winning music games including the Karaoke Revolution series. We are looking for the right candidate to join our team in order to create new cutting edge music games.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver the highest quality products on-time and on-budget
• Provide leadership and guidance in game design, art, music production and technology
• Contribute ideas and support the creative vision of game
• Identify and clearly communicate feedback on what is fun and what needs improvement
• Manage project schedule and budget
• Establish, evaluate and approve project milestones.
• Establish short and long term strategic goals
• Evaluate market trends, manage consumer expectations and foster innovation within the products
• Manage relationships with internal and external groups including the development team, licensors and contractors
• Serve as primary information resource for marketing, PR, and the executive staff
• Manage 1st party submissions and approvals
• Manage localization for non-North American regions
